If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This includes change-of-mind requests — no explanation required.
Donations are voluntary and pay-what-you-want. If you donated by mistake, or entered the wrong amount, the same 30-day window applies and we will refund it in full.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email us at support@cuttype.com and we will arrange it for you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. See also Paddle's refund policy.
