CutType is operated by CutType.com. We want you to be happy with any purchase or donation you make here.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This includes change-of-mind requests — no explanation required.
Donations are voluntary and pay-what-you-want. If you donated by mistake, or entered the wrong amount, the same 30-day window applies and we will refund it in full.
Monthly donations renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the manage donation page using the email address on your receipt — cancelling stops all future charges immediately. The most recent monthly charge is refundable within the same 30-day window.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Request one by emailing us at support@cuttype.com with the email address on your receipt and we will arrange it for you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. See also Stripe's End User Terms.
